Home Economics Higher and Intermediate 2

Preferred entry level:  ‘S’ Grade 1-2 award in Knowledge and Understanding & Handling Information for Higher.  S Grade 3 award in Knowledge and Understanding and Handling Information for Intermediate 2.

The course covers Nutrition and Diet, Product Development and Marketing of Food Products, and Food Health and Safety.  Students carry out a Technological Project using Skills and Knowledge to develop a new food product.
